Date: Scheduled to break ground in Spring 2008
Description: The 1,750 square foot main house
with 675 square foot guest house curve
through the site following the path of the sun. Its passive solar design
features open living and work spaces that maximize views of the property,
yet maintain a warm cozy feel. Constructed out of insulated concrete forms
with hydronic radiant heated floors, it is well insulated and will use
minimal energy.
